Guest Ratings & Reviews
The rooms are great with everything you need, but they were a bit cramped and dusty in places. The tiny queen bed made me itch and gave me a backache. However, the service was exceptional and truly memorable. The location was convenient for accessing from the airport and getting into town easily. The dining experience was good value for money, though not spectacular. The hotel had some facilities that were enjoyable but lacked certain amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport options and proximity to the CBD. However, the noise from the traffic on Lutwyche Road was bothersome, but the rooms were adequately soundproofed. The service exceeded my expectations with attentive staff going above and beyond. The dining options were good, but there were some minor issues. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were in fairly good condition but suffered from cigarette smells due to being above the smokers area and some mold after heavy rain. The service was a bit hit-and-miss, with some staff members showing great passion and communication skills while others lacked attention to guest needs. The location was convenient for my purposes but had some noise from cleaners or the stockroom. The dining options were limited, with the breakfast being cold at times. On the positive side, the facilities were decent and offered necessary services.
